Why this matters now

AI is a leadership problem, not a technical one

You don't need to become an engineer, just hands-on enough to know what to delegate, what to verify, and where AI changes how your team works

It's exhausting to separate signal from noise

New models, tools, and workflows appear every week. It's hard to stay on top of everything

AI spends aren't generating the desired ROI

Budgets and pilots keep going in, but the returns rarely show in the numbers. Telling real progress from an expensive demo is one of the harder calls a leader makes right now

You want to use AI in your own work

You are genuinely curious and want to learn. But the available content isn't built for someone in your seat

If this is the moment you're in, that's exactly what these sessions are for

How this works

Three personalised 1:1 sessions, with one week between each for application. The work is calibrated to your AI proficiency, work, and personal context

Across the two weeks, we cover getting fluent with AI, using it in your own workflows, evaluating tools and your team's work, and building judgment on what's real

1
Session 1 Hands-on with your work · 90 min
You bring two or three things you currently spend time on. We work through them together with AI live, configuring tools and developing prompts that fit your context
2
Session 2 Refining and extending · 90 min
You bring back what worked and what did not. We refine together and extend to the next layer. By the end, you operate with confidence on multiple recurring use cases
3
Session 3 Judgement and trade-offs · 60 min
With hands-on experience as foundation, we focus on the harder calls. How to evaluate AI proposals. How to read your team's AI work. What AI means for your function over the next year

Common questions

I can probably figure this out on my own. Why this?
You absolutely can. AI is not rocket science and everyone figures it out eventually. The question is whether you have the luxury of time to start from scratch, filter through what's relevant for your role, and get to a useful level of fluency on your own. There are good courses out there, but they're generic and require you to commit significant time. If you have that time, you should take that route. This exists for people who don't.
Why 1:1 and not a group class?
AI is too context-dependent for a one-size class. Your work and your level are specific to you. 1:1 meets you where you are, at your pace, and builds on your real workflows. A group teaches to the average, and you are not the average.
Is this worth the investment?
You're paying for someone who has gone deep into this space, distilling what matters for your specific context, your role, and your decisions. Instead of starting from zero and figuring out what applies to you, you get an accelerated path to becoming genuinely conversant and capable with AI for your use cases. The refund policy is simple: if the first session isn't useful, you get your money back.
I don't have much AI background. Will this work for me?
Yes. It genuinely does not matter where you are right now. Some people come in using AI daily, others haven't touched it beyond hearing about it in meetings. Wherever you are becomes the starting point, and the sessions are built around that.
How much time do I need to put in between sessions?
Honestly, it depends. I'd recommend spending at least 3-4 hours during the week working with the tools and setups from the session. That's what makes the next session useful.
Are the sessions private?
Completely. Candid, non-judgemental, and confidential. No recordings or public sharing. The setting exists so you can ask anything without worrying about how it looks.
