  • Candid, non-judgemental and confidential setting
By the end, you'll be able to
  • Build judgement on how and where AI fits, and where it doesn't
  • Be hands-on with AI in your real work, and fluent with models and tools
  • Speak about AI with the same confidence you bring to your own function
Let's talk

30 mins. We figure out the scope and the fee, and decide together whether to proceed

Why now?

AI fluency is a non-negotiable leadership skill

You need to be hands-on enough to design the right org structures, incentives and set the direction

Separating signal from noise requires strong judgement

AI spends are increasing. Telling real progress from an expensive demo is one of the harder calls you need to make

AI can accelerate your vision, personally and professionally

You can build things yourself now, without waiting on a team. That fluency is a real edge over leaders still operating in the old world

Tailored for your context and proficiency

Generic content and group sessions don't fit your context. 1:1 gets you there faster

In their words
“I was already using ChatGPT and wanted to do more. Tried YouTube and a few courses, but found them generic. Sid met me at my level and took me from prompting to running my own marketing automations. Would have taken me a long time to figure this out on my own.”
VP Marketing · Consumer Tech
“Sid has a rare combination of hands-on AI depth and solid business thinking. He understood my personal and work context quickly and helped me figure out what's needed to be effective with AI for my team. I came away clearer on what to prioritise and the trade-offs involved.”

Common questions

I can probably figure this out on my own. Why this?
You absolutely can. AI is not rocket science and everyone figures it out eventually. The question is whether you have the luxury of time to start from scratch, filter through what's relevant for your role, and get to a useful level of fluency on your own. There are good courses out there, but they're generic and require you to commit significant time. If you have that time, you should take that route. This exists for people who don't.
Why 1:1 and not a group class?
AI is too context-dependent for a one-size class. Your work and your level are specific to you. 1:1 meets you where you are, at your pace, and builds on your real workflows. A group teaches to the average, and you are not the average.
Is this worth the investment?
You're paying for someone who has gone deep into this space, distilling what matters for your specific context, your role, and your decisions. Instead of starting from zero and figuring out what applies to you, you get an accelerated path to becoming genuinely conversant and capable with AI for your use cases. The refund policy is simple: if the first session isn't useful, you get your money back.
I don't have much AI background. Will this work for me?
Yes. It genuinely does not matter where you are right now. Some people come in using AI daily, others haven't touched it beyond hearing about it in meetings. Wherever you are becomes the starting point, and the sessions are built around that.
How much time do I need to put in between sessions?
Honestly, it depends. I'd recommend spending at least 3-4 hours during the week working with the tools and setups from the session. That's what makes the next session useful.
Are the sessions private?
Completely. Candid, non-judgemental, and confidential. No recordings or public sharing. The setting exists so you can ask anything without worrying about how it looks.
